We normally process orders within 1-2 business days. This applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day. We process orders placed on weekends or public holidays on the next business day. However, processing may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Delivery estimates start once your order has shipped, not when you place it. Also, they are not guaranteed. Carriers, weather and customs can all affect them.
We calculate shipping rates at checkout. They depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose. If a free-shipping threshold applies, your cart will show it.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s site.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. They must also make sure the products can lawfully be imported into their country. Customs may hold or seize an order, and this is outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us. You must do so within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the package and contents. We will then review your request. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately.
Helix products are for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Therefore, we may refuse or cancel an order if we have reason to believe it will be used otherwise.
