Important: All Helix products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food. Do not consume them. Do not administer them to humans or animals.

01. Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

02. Research Use Only

We supply products for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified individuals and institutions.

By purchasing, you confirm and agree that:

• You will not use, administer, give away or resell the products for human or animal consumption, or for any clinical, veterinary, cosmetic or household use.
• You will not use the products for injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease or condition.
• You are trained to handle laboratory chemicals and will follow all applicable laws, regulations and safe laboratory practices.
• You will not make or repeat any claim that our products are safe, effective or approved for human or animal use.

Our products are not approved by the FDA or any other regulator for human or animal use. Some compounds we supply are under clinical investigation by third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or supplied by any pharmaceutical developer or manufacturer. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no content on this site is a claim of safety or efficacy.

03. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• You must confirm that buying, importing and possessing our products is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with local, national and import laws.
• We may refuse, cancel, limit or hold any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, resale, or use inconsistent with Section 02.
• We may request information to verify your identity or intended research use before shipping.

04. Orders, Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email.
• Payment is due in full at checkout using an accepted method.
• We may cancel an order in cases of pricing error, stock shortage, suspected fraud, or suspected breach of these terms. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment taken.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees and import charges that apply to your order.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and to provide batch documentation, such as certificates of analysis, on request. Descriptions, images and specifications are provided for research reference only, and minor variations between batches may occur. Product information is not a representation that a product is suitable for any particular purpose.

06. Promotions and Complimentary Items

Any free or discounted item included with an order, such as laboratory consumables, is part of that order, subject to availability, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Complimentary items are supplied for laboratory use only and are subject to Section 02.

07. Returns and Refunds

Unopened vials in their original sealed condition may be returned. Opened vials cannot be returned or refunded. To start a return, contact us with your order number within [number] days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

08. Shipping

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the products or the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Helix harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the products contrary to their intended research purpose.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [county], Texas.
